Ring Size Chart Pakistan (in mm)

Use this ring size chart Pakistan table to match your finger measurement with the right ring size. Ring sizes are defined by the inner diameter. The numbers below follow the international (US-style) numbering used in our shop. Because jewelers use different number systems, the millimeter measurement is always the safest thing to share when you order, especially for custom pieces.

How to Measure Ring Size at Home

You do not need special tools. Use one of these two methods.

Method 1: String or paper strip

  1. Cut a thin strip of paper or take a piece of non-stretch string.
  2. Wrap it around the base of the finger you want to measure.
  3. Mark the point where the ends meet.
  4. Lay it flat against a ruler and note the length in mm. This is your circumference.
  5. Match it to the ring size chart Pakistan above. For example, 54.4 mm is size 7.

Method 2: Measure a ring that already fits

  1. Pick a ring that fits the same finger comfortably.
  2. Measure the inside width of the ring in mm (edge to edge, not including the metal).
  3. Compare it with the diameter column in the chart.

Between two sizes on the ring size chart Pakistan? Choose the larger one. A slightly loose ring is easier to live with than one that will not pass the knuckle.

Ring Fit Tips: Width, Season and Resizing

  • Measure in the evening. Fingers can be a little larger later in the day.
  • Weather matters. Fingers may shrink in cold weather and swell in heat, so avoid measuring right after being outside in extreme temperatures.
  • Wide bands fit tighter. A wide signet or statement ring often feels snugger than a thin band, so many people go up a half size or one size for wide styles. Our black onyx ring for men is a good example.
  • Knuckle vs. base. If your knuckle is bigger than the base of your finger, measure both and pick a size that slides over the knuckle comfortably.
  • Dominant hand. It is often slightly larger than the other hand.
  • Resizing. Plain sterling silver bands can usually be resized by a goldsmith, but rings with stones set all around or very detailed designs are harder to change. That is why getting the size right first is best.

For a perfect fit, we also make custom silver rings made to your exact measurement.

Bracelet Size Chart

For a bracelet, measure your wrist and then add a comfort allowance. Wrap a flexible measuring tape (or paper strip) around your wrist just above the wrist bone, then add extra length based on how you like it to feel.

  • Snug fit: wrist + 0.5 inch
  • Comfortable fit: wrist + 1 inch
  • Loose fit: wrist + 1.5 inches

6 to 6.5 in7 to 7.5 in
6.5 to 7 in7.5 to 8 in
7 to 7.5 in8 to 8.5 in

Chain and link bracelets usually sit closer to the wrist, while bracelets with stones or a bigger charm look better with a little more room. Explore the 925 silver zircon bracelet or the men’s tiger eye silver bracelet to see sizing in action.

Necklace Length Guide

Necklace length decides where the chain sits and how the whole outfit looks.

necklace length guide
StyleLengthWhere it sits
Choker14 to 16 in (35 to 40 cm)Snug at the base of the neck
Princess17 to 19 in (43 to 48 cm)On the collarbone (18 in is the everyday standard)
Matinee20 to 24 in (50 to 61 cm)Just below the collarbone, great for layering
Opera28 to 36 in (71 to 91 cm)Long statement length; can be doubled

Measure your neck at home: wrap a string around your neck where you want the necklace to sit, then measure the string. For a pendant, remember that chain length plus the pendant drop changes the final look. A locket such as our Chandi rose locket necklace looks best when the chain length suits your neckline.

Earring Sizes

earring size guide
  • Studs and tops: about 3 mm to 8 mm for a minimal look.
  • Hoops: about 10 mm to 50 mm in diameter. Small hoops sit close to the lobe, large hoops make a statement.
  • Drop earrings: about 1 cm to 5 cm in length.

Stone Size Chart (mm to Carat)

Product pages often list stone sizes in millimeters, for example “8 x 6 mm oval” or “5 mm round”. The chart below shows common round stone sizes.

stone size chart mm to carat
Round Stone DiameterApprox. Carat (diamond equivalent)
2 mm0.03 ct
3 mm0.10 ct
4 mm0.25 ct
5 mm0.50 ct
6.5 mm1.00 ct
8 mm2.00 ct

Things to know about stone size

  • Millimeters show size; carats show weight. Zircon and cubic zirconia are denser than diamond, so a stone of the same mm size weighs more. That is why we recommend comparing stones by mm, not carat.
  • Read oval, pear and emerald cuts as length x width. An 8 x 6 mm oval is 8 mm long and 6 mm wide.
  • Match the stone to the finger. Slim fingers tend to suit smaller or medium center stones, while larger hands can carry bigger statement stones such as a 10 to 14 mm onyx in a men’s signet.
  • Stone plus setting. A pavé or halo setting makes the stone look larger than its mm size.

Gemstones like emerald, onyx and tiger eye come in different cuts, so always check the listed mm size next to the photo. Our Hurrem Sultan emerald ring is a good example of a statement stone.

FAQs

What is the average ring size in Pakistan?
There is no single official average, since it depends on the person. Many women fall around sizes 5 to 8 and many men around 8 to 12 in US-style numbering. The best way is to measure your own finger and check it against the ring size chart Pakistan above.

How do I find my ring size at home?
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger, mark where it overlaps, measure the length in mm and match it to the ring size chart. You can also measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you.

Which ring size should I choose if I am between sizes?
Choose the larger size. A slightly roomy ring is easier to wear than one that is too tight, and a wide band often feels snugger anyway.

What is the standard necklace length?
18 inches (45 cm) is the most popular everyday length. It rests on the collarbone and suits most necklines.

How much bigger should a bracelet be than my wrist?
Add about 0.5 inch for a snug fit, 1 inch for a comfortable fit, or 1.5 inches for a loose fit.

Is a bigger stone size always better?
No. The right stone size depends on your finger or ear size, your style and how often you wear it. Smaller stones suit everyday wear, and bigger stones suit statement pieces.

Can silver rings be resized?
Plain sterling silver bands can usually be resized by a goldsmith, but rings with stones around the band or complex designs may be difficult. Measure carefully before you order, or request a custom size.
